Anousha was born in Shiraz, Iran and has been acting professionally since the age of eleven. She left her hometown and moved to Tehran to further her career in acting at the early age of fifteen. Upon receiving her diploma in Cinema from “Tehran’s School Of Cinema” in 2010, Anousha relocated to London to continue her dramatic arts education.

She completed the Acting Foundation degree at the “Regents Drama School” in London and was next called to study in San Francisco where she earned a BA in Acting and Performance from AAU.

She has worked and traveled to seven different cities and has fearlessly relocated to several countries, in order to gain experience, knowledge and insights about different acting and production methods; to learn the fundamentals of stage acting and films; and to discover her joyful place in the rich and diverse acting universe.

Anousha has also integrated her spirituality practice within her approach to acting, writing and directing.  Through meditation, breath and movement – she expands her abilities and provides guidance to her followers.
